Terms of Service
Last updated 11 October 2026
Please read these terms carefully. They explain how Rundesk works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you, whether you run a business on Rundesk or book a class through one.
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Rundesk(ABN 39 473 406 531, “we”, “us”). They apply when you visit our website, sign up your business to use Rundesk, or book with a business through a Rundesk booking page. By using Rundesk, you agree to these terms.
In these terms, a Business is a coach, tutor, club or other organisation using Rundesk to run its bookings. A Customer is someone booking with a Business, including a parent or guardian booking for a child.
2. Our role
Rundesk provides booking and business management software. When a Customer books a class, lesson or appointment, the contract for that service is between the Customer and the Business. The Business is responsible for the services it provides, including their quality and safety, its prices, and its own cancellation and refund policy. We are not a party to that contract.
3. Business accounts
- You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done under your account, including by staff or coaches you give access to.
- You must have the right to collect and use the personal information you put into Rundesk, including any information about children or health, and must handle it lawfully.
- You must tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
4. Free trial, plans and billing
- New Businesses can try Rundesk free for 28 days. No credit card is needed to start the trial.
- After the trial, continuing to use Rundesk requires a paid plan, monthly or annual, at the prices shown on our pricing page. Prices are in Australian dollars.
- Plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and your plan will run until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable for partly used periods.
- We may change our prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before a change applies to you.
5. Bookings and payments for Customers
- When you book, you agree to the Business's own terms, including its cancellation, make-up class and refund policies.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe on behalf of the Business. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us.
- Refunds, credits and changes to a booking are decided by the Business. Please contact them first. You can find their details on the booking page or in your confirmation email.
- Please make sure the details you give, including participant and emergency contact details, are accurate and kept up to date.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Rundesk to:
- Break any law, or infringe anyone's rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
- Upload content that is false, misleading, offensive, abusive or harmful.
- Send spam or unsolicited messages to Customers who have not agreed to receive them.
- Try to access accounts or data you are not authorised to access, or test, probe or attack the platform's security.
- Interfere with the platform, overload it, or copy, scrape, reverse engineer or resell it.
- Take payments for services you do not intend to provide.
We may suspend or remove content or accounts that break these rules.
7. Your data
Businesses own the information they put into Rundesk, such as programs, customer lists and bookings. You give us permission to host, copy and process it only as needed to provide and improve the service.
If you stop using Rundesk, you can ask us for a copy of your data within 60 days. After that, we may delete it, except where we need to keep it by law.
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
8. Our intellectual property
Rundesk, including its software, design, logos and content, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, non-transferable right to use it while you follow these terms. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Rundesk running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may need maintenance downtime, and we may add, change or remove features over time. If we make a change that significantly reduces what a paid plan includes, we will let you know in advance.
10. Third-party services
Rundesk works with services run by other companies, such as Stripe for payments and email providers for notifications. Your use of those services may also be covered by their own terms. We are not responsible for services we do not control.
11. Consumer law and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
To the extent the law allows, we provide Rundesk“as is”. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, it is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again. In any case, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or lost data.
We are not responsible for the services a Business provides to its Customers, or for any injury, loss or dispute arising from them.
12. Indemnity
Businesses agree to cover us for any claims, losses or costs that arise from their services to Customers, their content, or their breach of these terms or the law, except to the extent we caused them.
13. Suspension and cancellation
You can stop using Rundesk at any time. We may suspend or close an account if fees are unpaid after a reminder, if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, or if we need to in order to protect the platform, our users or the law. Where reasonable, we will warn you first. If we stop offering Rundesk altogether, we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to export your data.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top. If we make significant changes, we will let Businesses know at least 30 days before they apply. Continuing to use Rundesk after that means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we agree to the jurisdiction of its courts. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
